RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We check the quality of our items before we send them to our customers. Hence, we guarantee you good quality.

Our Size Charts are posted in every item for your reference. Kindly refer to it before ordering. We will only accept returns if:

• Item is wrong
• Item does not match description

To be eligible for return, items must be new, unused, and all tags still intact. We will accept return within 7 days once order is received. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Under the I.R.R. of R.A. 7394 ( The Consumer Act of the Philippines), a change of mind does not entitle the customer for a refund, return, and/or exchange. Intimate apparels (underwear, swimwear, etc.) are not warranted for a refunds exchange for hygienic purposes.

Return and/or exchange of items can only be processed in the branch or channel where it was purchased.
