Our Size Charts are posted in every item for your reference. Kindly refer to it before ordering.
We will only accept returns if:
✔️ Item is wrong
✔️ Item doesn’t match description
To be eligible for return, items must be new unused and all tags still intact. We will accept return within 7 days once order is received. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Under the I.R.R. of R.A. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines), a change of mind does not entitle the customer for a refund, return and/or exchange.
Intimate apparels (underwear, swimwear, etc.) are not warranted for a return or exchange for hygienic purposes.
Return and/or exchange of items can only be processed in the branch or channel where it was purchased.
